Quick Answer
MW4 DMZ's known secrets are the hazmat suit in the reactor during Operation Fallen Ember, a hidden bunker near the 14th Political Prison in the northwest, and a Wardogs logi truck parked against the prison wall. Grab the hazmat suit on the wall opposite the reactor one computer: it lets you stay in radiation almost indefinitely, but you can't exfil with it. The "15 Easter eggs" videos you'll find are from the August beta, not the launch game.
What Easter Eggs and Secrets Are in MW4 DMZ?
These are the DMZ secrets players have found since launch:
| Secret | Where |
|---|---|
| Hazmat suit | Reactor one computer room, Operation Fallen Ember |
| Secret bunker | Northwest Hajin, near the 14th Political Prison |
| Wardogs logi truck | Against the 14th Political Prison walls |
| Locked silo room | Inside the secret bunker |
The popular "ALL 15 Easter Eggs" video is from the August 31, 2026 beta. Those doors, monitors and references were in the beta build, so don't treat it as a checklist for the launch game; there's no complete solved list for launch yet.
How Do You Get the Secret Hazmat Suit in MW4 DMZ?
Pick up the hazmat suit in Operation Fallen Ember: unlock reactor one, go into its computer room and check the wall opposite the computer. Wear it to stay in radiation almost indefinitely, with no gas mask and no radiation blockers needed.
Reach the Reactor One Computer Room
The suit route starts after you unlock reactor one in Operation Fallen Ember. You are looking for the computer room where you begin safe uranium removal. That computer is your landmark: once you reach it, the suit is on the opposite wall.
If you are working through the mission sequence, keep the DMZ story missions and orders page alongside this route. The hazmat suit helps with the radiation inside the reactor; reaching the room still requires you to unlock reactor one first. Treat that as the prerequisite for this pickup.
Find and Wear the Hazmat Suit
Unlock reactor one
Progress through Operation Fallen Ember until reactor one is unlocked. The pickup location is inside this part of the nuclear reactor, in the room used to begin safe uranium removal.
Find the uranium-removal computer
Enter the computer room and locate the computer for safe uranium removal. Use this specific room as your reference point when looking for the suit.
Turn toward the opposite wall
Turn around from the computer and look at the wall opposite it. Pick up the hazmat suit there, then wear it for radiation protection.
Look around for another suit
There are at least two hazmat suits in this area. If you need another, search around the area instead of ending your search at the first wall pickup.
The useful landmark is the relationship between the computer and the wall. Once you reach the uranium-removal computer, turn around to find the pickup. You do not need to search the whole reactor to locate that first suit.
Handle the Radiation With the Suit
Wearing the hazmat suit lets you remain in radiation almost indefinitely without a gas mask or radiation blockers. Its benefit is especially useful during Operation Fallen Ember because radiation otherwise forces you to keep searching for those supplies.
The suit's protection is against radiation exposure, and it lasts almost indefinitely. Grab one whenever you're inside the nuclear reactor, where hunting for masks and blockers makes the mission much harder.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Mission | Operation Fallen Ember |
| Pickup landmark | Wall opposite the reactor one computer |
| Nearby suits | At least two |
| Radiation endurance | Almost indefinite |
| Gas mask while wearing it | Not needed |
| Radiation blockers while wearing it | Not needed |
| Exfil with the suit | Unavailable |
Keep the Suit's Mission Limit in Mind
The hazmat suit is a mission item, and you cannot exfil with it. Pick it up for the protection it gives you inside the reactor. Its value is helping you work through the radiation during this mission, rather than adding an item to carry out afterward.
You cannot take this hazmat suit out through exfil. Keep that restriction in mind when deciding what you want to carry out of the deployment.
Where Is the Secret Bunker in MW4 DMZ?
Head to northwest Hajin, near the 14th Political Prison. The bunker isn't marked on your map, which is why most players run past it.
Go in the main door
The bunker's main door doesn't need a code. Walk in and take the stairs down.
Follow the main hallway
Follow the hallway to the end, where it turns right. The door there is locked.
Find the key in the side rooms
The key spawns in one of the surrounding rooms, in a random spot each time. Search them all; they have useful resources too.
Open the bunker room
Use the key on the locked door. This room has the best loot. A silo room nearby is also locked, but the bunker room is the one to open.
There's usually just one NPC down there. If you want more action afterward, the prison is right next door.
What Is the Wardogs Easter Egg in MW4 DMZ?
A logi truck is parked right against the walls of the 14th Political Prison, as if a builder forgot it there. Climb it to get over the wall the easy way. GamersHeroes co-founder Blaine Smith called it a "Blue Team #Wardogs Easter Egg".
How Do You Get Into Other Hidden Rooms in MW4 DMZ?
A locked room elsewhere needs its own route. In blue Police Stations, clear the enemies before looking for supplies. Some locked rooms require a hidden puzzle or a key found around the building. For those rooms, follow the DMZ police station page.
Doors locked from the inside have another way in, and rural and wooded areas also hide underground entrances. These are useful exploration cues when you encounter a blocked entrance, but the reactor suit's landmark remains the computer room wall.
When you are ready to leave, continue to DMZ exfil and Fulton for extraction. The hazmat suit stays behind.
