How do the current MW4 DMZ exploits work?
Weapon duplication
You need a backpack with a weapon slot. Move the gun from your primary slot into the backpack slot, then open the backpack and spam-click the gun; if you select it just as the backpack closes, it copies itself. On controller, put the gun in the backpack, then hit X and the map button fast. Full steps are on the duplication glitch page.
Named blueprint to Ultra
This only works on named guns, the ones showing a blueprint name instead of the weapon name: blueprints in your Gunsmith, guns bosses drop, or the named Dreadnought from the air base breach room. Put the named gun in your primary slot, wear a backpack with a weapon slot, and edit its attachments. The glitch restores the blueprint's original attachments on top of yours, so you end up with an Ultra carrying 10 attachments. A roughly 12,000 gun becomes one worth 60,000 or more, which you can then duplicate and sell.
Locked room without a keycard
At the building with the barred top-floor room, climb the pipes to the very top of the roof, line up with the middle barred window, edge off and spam jump (X) as you fall; you'll mantle in through the window. You can also jump from the side while looking forward and spamming X. Open the door from inside to let your squad in. The loot is random, and weapon blueprints can drop here.
Keycard door XP
Get the access card at the air base during Operation Iron Citadel; only one player in the squad needs it. Find a locked door that takes the card, open it, then keep pressing the pad over and over; every press gives XP to everyone in your squad. Set your interact to tap to interact so you can spam it faster. This was expected to be patched overnight, so assume it's gone.

The breach-charge door no longer opens, but you can still reach that room through its mission and grab the Dreadnought. If you're choosing a story mission, don't plan around double completion credit or extra Killsteak drops.
Does a MW4 DMZ loot glitch let you keep loot after disconnecting?
No. Disconnect protection keeps your starting equipment and progression if you're affected, but anything you picked up during the match is gone.

Disconnect protection is not an extraction method. If you picked something up during the run, plan your exfil around getting it out.

Applying some weapon camos or reticles in DMZ Gunsmith could deduct DMZ cash. That's a Gunsmith bug, not a money glitch, and the October 24 update stopped it.
If your balance drops while changing a camo or reticle, you're dealing with the Gunsmith cash issue, not a reward. Keep this in mind when choosing weapon camos.
